Regarding the south west edge of the Wrexham Rd development, I note the original proposal included an area within the site boundary described as an “ecological / sports park”. The SW boundary of the site shown on the revised proposal has moved back towards the existing public footpath (from Lache Lane) and does include the ecological / sport park.
We now have a proposed western relief road to the south of the new site – when did this “old chestnut” get resurrected?
