{"id":2823,"date":"2020-06-27T10:27:28","date_gmt":"2020-06-27T09:27:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp-ra.org.uk\/?p=2823"},"modified":"2020-06-27T10:27:28","modified_gmt":"2020-06-27T09:27:28","slug":"how-to-vote-in-our-agm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp-ra.org.uk\/?p=2823","title":{"rendered":"How to vote in our AGM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Government\u2019s requirements regarding Covid-19 have resulted in the cancellation of our AGM which should have been held on 15<sup>th<\/sup> April 2020.\u00a0 However our Constitution states that we are obliged to hold an AGM within 15 months of the previous one and the WPRA committee invites all WPRA members to participate by nominating the Chair of WPRA, Jennifer Crew, as a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting which will be held at 8pm on 9<sup>th<\/sup> July 2020 at her home address by video\/teleconference between the WPRA committee.<\/p>\n<p>The business of the meeting will follow the published agenda and members are asked to vote on the appointment of new committee members, the re-election of current committee officers and general committee members and the acceptance of the 2019 accounts.<\/p>\n<p>The proxy notice below should be completed and returned to Jennifer Crew in advance of the meeting.\u00a0 Details for its return are included on the form.<\/p>\n<iframe src=\"\/\/docs.google.com\/viewer?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.wp-ra.org.uk%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2020%2F06%2FProxy-notice.pdf&hl=en_US&embedded=true\" class=\"gde-frame\" style=\"width:100%;
