{"id":2878,"date":"2020-07-21T17:53:15","date_gmt":"2020-07-21T16:53:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp-ra.org.uk\/?p=2878"},"modified":"2020-07-21T18:30:51","modified_gmt":"2020-07-21T17:30:51","slug":"last-couple-of-weeks-for-you-to-send-us-your-entry-for-the-wpra-lockdown-art-and-writing-exhibition-for-under-18s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp-ra.org.uk\/?p=2878","title":{"rendered":"Last couple of weeks for you to send us entries for the &#8211;   WPRA LOCKDOWN ART AND WRITING EXHIBITION  for under 18s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a great opportunity for our young people to showcase a piece of their visual art, a film, a poem or a story &#8230; anything artistic!<\/p>\n<p>Please encourage your young people to send us contributions of works on the broad subject of \u2018Lockdown\u2019.\u00a0 For example, this could be a painting or film inspired by recent events, a poem or story about nature or the lack of cars and people, or simply a demonstration of new skills.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018Lockdown\u2019 exhibition will be displayed on the WPRA website, Facebook page and in the September issue of WP News. We are also hoping to create a display in a Chester city centre gallery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please send entries by email to: <\/strong><strong><a href=\"mailto:chair@wp-ra.org.uk\">chair@wp-ra.org.uk<\/a><\/strong><strong> by Friday 31 July 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please also complete the form below and send it to us with the contribution to confirm that WPRA has permission to publish the piece with your name and age.
