{"id":3164,"date":"2021-04-23T17:37:44","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T16:37:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp-ra.org.uk\/?p=3164"},"modified":"2021-04-23T17:37:44","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T16:37:44","slug":"reminder-of-agm-wednesday-28-april-2021-8pm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp-ra.org.uk\/?p=3164","title":{"rendered":"REMINDER OF AGM \u2013 WEDNESDAY 28 APRIL 2021, 8PM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>All members of Westminster Park Residents\u2019 Association are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on <\/strong><strong>Wednesday 28 April 2021 at 8pm on Zoom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The AGM is to be held to report on the Association\u2019s activities in the past year and elect Committee Officers and members.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure social distancing, our AGM will be held on Zoom again this year. In order to allow as many members as possible to participate, we are providing a couple of ways to join in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Members can submit questions in advance of the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Members can use the Chat facility on Zoom to ask questions during the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Members can vote by a show of hands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please contact Penny White, Hon Secretary by email: <a href=\"mailto:sec@wp-ra.org.uk\">sec@wp-ra.org.uk<\/a> or in writing, c\/o S J Bebbington, Butcher, 53 Five Ashes Road in advance so that we can send you the Zoom link.<\/p>\n<p>Please also send a note to Penny of matters for discussion or questions any time up until the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>This meeting will use the free Zoom conferencing system which can be downloaded from <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All members of Westminster Park Residents\u2019 Association are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 28 April 2021 at 8pm on Zoom.
